I think Twitter is an excellent way to provide superior customer service. Even large companies like Bank of America are deploying excellent service through Twitter.
I admit Twitter is great for quick messages, but why are people depending on it 24/7 now…

I played around with twitter a while back, but I did not see the benefits. I don’t think social media is one of my strengths. While I’m sure lots of people make money through twitter, I probably won’t ever be one of those people.
Twitter is an amazing tool, not the end all and be all.
It is just one tool that you should have… I and people I work with can attribute sales and clients directly through our effort with twitter.
So this article is spot on.
My only concern right now with twitter is that they are now for sale… so this makes twitter’s future very unknown to me, even if the current owners of twitter are not able to secure a buyer, or if they are…. what will happen to twitter in the future? Just makes me wonder is all.
Till then,
Jean
People are always trying to figure out ways to make money on Twitter. I think it’s so hard because it’s just like any other social network, but for other social networks this could be the answer for free membership signups.

One thing best is twitter is no investment required and bad thing is slowly all gathers on twitter to sale only but still plenty of opportunity to earn from twitter yes agree owners of twitter not able to secure buyer but all working in this way as Twitter popular all sure some powerful steps will be taken for Twitter, just need to keep going on twitter with business.
But The Twitter is at first the social network. Is it possible to make good money on it? Because of it’s social purposes maybe it is better to invest time and resources in other places?
The beauty of twitter also is that anybody can use it to expand their business territory, Twitter opens new avenue for entrepreneurs to source for products and service with higher quality after doing comparision
I love Twitter ,but why are people depending on it 24/7 now
Twitter is definitely a great way to reach people. If you have something new to show people, just tweet it. There may be better ways, though, especially if you want to reach a bigger audience. Maybe try uploading a short video to YouTube, Veoh, and AdWido. If you put up the right video, you can generate tons of buzz and draw lots of people to your website or business.
I don’t get how Twitter can be a good long term solution to marketing needs. Tweats don’t live long enough on Twitter to have an effect.
I agree…Twitter is one the best tool for business.
Twitter can be a pretty good source of income especially with getting paid for sponsored tweets. The likes of John Chow are getting paid $140 per sponsored tweet!!
it is a great post of good info…….
Well I use Twitter and I find it very useful. It’s like free marketing out there, and all you have to do is fit what you want to say in 140 characters. The only problem I see is the trouble of finding the exact audience we want. Twitter is so diverse its hard to find specific people we want to target. The good part on that is sometimes, we get to persuade people not interested in your product. It’s a like having a double edge sword when dealing with these people.
Well, I’ve been using twitter for quiet some time now and also see a number of advantages in future (if it is there) from twitter. Right now, I do get some traffic from twitter but they are all curiosity seekers who are actually relaxing at twitter.
Twitter definetely plays a great role in social media marketing and people who turn a blind eye to that are just being ignorant. Twitter should be taken advantage of in every way possible.
Thanks.
