Gary Vaynerchuk – What It Takes To Build A Real Business
Hi Everyone
Back in September I had the pleasure of being in New York and getting to meet Gary Vaynerchuk and interview him about his new book:Crush It
Gary is a Super Guy, full of PASSION and ENERGY and he has this remarkable ability it appears to almost make an Instant Connection with you (or at least that is how it felt to me)
The Interview took place at the offices of Vayner Media – It was wonderful to get a look behind the scenes of that business – a really great bunch of FUN people, Happy in their work for sure.
Below is a short extract from the interview. Gary makes no bones about it:
If you want to build a real business, it takes years, and years, and years, and it takes lots of passion and lots of hard work

Great interview. He is right. To be successful at anything you have to put in the time. There is no easy way to do something great.
I agree that a 4 hour work week is unrealistic. If you are working that little, you are not passionate about your business and it will not reach its true potential. You have to be willing to put in a lot of work if you want your business to succeed.
Great Interview! I agree with Gary Vaynerchuk one hundred percent. You are so right if you want to be successful in your business you must put in the time and effort.
Also you must have a passion for your business. I think it will be very difficult to run a business that you don’t like so much, since you must put a lot hours and hours, years and years. To be a successful entrepreneur you have to work very hard, think success and discipline yourself.
Awesome interview with Gary. He says a great point about how he does not mind other people playing because that means he is out hustling them.
Its a great interview… you make me hustle now to do what i love…
If you are doing what you love then time shouldn’t be an issue at all. On the other hand time is a huge factor in turning your business into a blockbuster.
