Ouch, she got owned lol. Reminds of the story of the 12 ear old kid who sold “52” plasma tv pictures” for like $2000 each… he clearly said they were pictures….but worded it in a way so it sounded legit and he got tons of money lol.

i have been done in through a scam like this regarding a laptop. i actually got a list of wholesalers instead of the laptop because i didn’t read carefully. my friend scammed someone on ebay like this once while advertising the free ipod websites.
I feel the ebay auctioner does have a case, unfortunately the show is so commercialised she has no chance on there. the judge does have a point about the weight thing though

To Sean, those kind of things aren’t good to think is legit. There are many more ways to make money legitly online.
