Great job focusing on one particular niche so well Michael. This is a problem that many beginners make. They start out too optimistic and don’t have realistic expectations. They think they can dominate say the entire web design niche instead of realizing they would be much better off narrowing it down to one specific sub-niche.

Balance sheet, income statement, and other key metrics are needed to measure your success. You can have a great business idea, but ultimately the business will fail if you don’t understand the fundamentals of business.
