1) The rest of the page’s content is relative to the keywords. Google’s Latent Semantic Indexing will take care of the rest.

2) You have the keywords in anchor text in links pointing to the page. I think one good anchor text link is far more valuable than having that same keyword repeated on the page ad-infinitum.

Try to write naturally, and just make sure your keywords are repeated at least twice in the in the 1st 100 worsds of your article, and right at the end of it too.
